Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures
1 Corinthians 15:1-4

Sermon Series:

Rhythms of the Heart

Psalms and Proverbs

Series Summary: Rhythms of the Heart, spending 12 weeks looking at some of the poetic literature, mostly in Psalms, but also in proverbs, and we will look at these texts as windows into what is going on deep into our hearts, and also as pointers to the Rhythms of flourishing that the Gospel enables for all those who are transformed by God’s Grace. That flourishing may look different than what we associate with flourishing, but it points us to a deeper, more satisfying flourishing which is not diminished through hardships, but is in fact a transcendent flourishing.
